Anecdote pg 598
I don't agree that anecdote is indicative of someone who needed to ask for help; the person had received information, knew what to do, solved the problem but made a mistake. The mistake was that he should have treated it like any other problem and at Phase B of your customer care section
verified the problem. He would have found out that there is no problem and his work was therefore unnecessary.
Awards wall pg 600
The problem with an awards wall is that it can lead to negative thoughts; "Oh there's nothing newer than 2 months old; what have I done recently? Have I lost my edge?" For those suffering from lack of self respect ("Happiness" pg 596) an awards wall can easily be yet another stick to beat themself with.
